Things to do on the Strip

The Las Vegas Strip is not part of the city of Las Vegas: almost all of it sits in unincorporated Clark County, in the towns of Paradise and Winchester, under county rather than city government. 8 kilometres end to end, and walking between two resorts at opposite ends can take 20 to 30 minutes once you cross casino floors and pedestrian bridges.

A paid monorail runs behind the east side for the stretch between MGM Grand and the Sahara. 38%, neither shown in the booking price. October to April is the realistic season for walking outdoors; summer afternoons regularly pass 40°C.
