Good to know
- Las Vegas uses Type A & B sockets — the same flat two- or three-pin plugs used across the United States — at 120V / 60Hz.
- Most phone, laptop and camera chargers are dual-voltage (100–240V) — you usually only need a plug adapter, not a voltage converter. Type A and Type B plugs are standard here, unlike the round two-pin plugs used across most of Europe — bring an adapter if you're coming from the EU.
- Emergency services: dial 911 anywhere in Las Vegas — a major city where the usual precautions (crowded spots, valuables) matter more than any unusual risk.
